Less than a month before, my Civics Tutor asked my class a question.
I have changed some parts but the meaning still remains...
Do you know why jail term is considered quite useful in Singapore and some other countries ?
Its is because the time passes by slowly. Thus, a day seems like a year.
Assume that you are in prison, there is limited things that you can do.
Compared to losing your freedom, the feeling of doing nothing is far more worse.
Hence, even if we are doing things that we dislike, time flies.
Rather than cursing and sulking, we might as well indulge in the work.
As we complete the tedious tasks in a shorter time, we will have more time to enjoy ourselves.

The above question is to let you know, i have indulged myself in the games we had yesterday.
Its a pity that time passes so quickly! Especially when we are enjoying ourselves.
I sincerely enjoyed your company, though i may not be able to attend the gatherings as much as i have wanted.
2 things that i have taken notice of at Raffles...
The Singapore River is quite dirty, yellowish... Hope they clean up soon.
The whole street is filled with restaurants, hope their business can still go on inspite of the economic hurricane. Good Luck.
